Twelfth Night Parties across Region IV

The Twelfth Night party . .  what a wonderful tradition! As Councillor of Region IV, I am privileged to receive newsletters from all of our chapters. So many exciting programs . . . . so many energetic members! Many chapters hosted celebratory gatherings for "Twelfth Night" -- I really enjoyed this picture from the party hosted by the East Carolina held on January 8, 2010, at St. Timothy's Parish Hall in Greenville, North Carolina.
